Hi,
My name is Gail and I am trying to locate the exact time of my birth. I was born at Fitch Sanitarium in 1949, and recently requested a copy of my birth certificate from the State of New York. What I received did not contain the time of birth I am looking for. Does anyone know where I should look to find my birth record as Fitch is no longer there. Surely, the records were moved somewhere.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

The City of New York maintains its own birth records.
